1. Return and Exchange Period: You have a 3-day window to request a return or exchange from the date you receive your order.
2. Eligibility Criteria: For a successful return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and accompanied by all tags.
3. Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start the return or exchange process, please contact us through support@verycoolbrand.com or use our dedicated Return/Exchange option. Once your request is accepted, we’ll guide you through the item pickup process.
4. General Guidelines:
- To maintain transparency, all returned orders will be opened in front of a camera, and the process will be recorded.
- If returned items are not authentic VeryCoolBrand products, we reserve the right to reject the return. In such cases, no refund will be initiated, and these items will be donated.
5. Condition of Returned Products:
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Hang tags should be intact, and the products must be in new condition. Missing tags or altered products will result in cancellation of the return and no refund.
6. Order Cancellation:
- We retain the right to cancel returned orders if they don’t meet the stipulated conditions.
- In case of order cancellation, you won’t be eligible for a refund.
7. Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, or incorrect items, kindly notify us right away. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.
8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Regrettably, we cannot process returns for gift cards.
9. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you of the refund’s approval status.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product undergoes quality checks (3 to 5 working days).
- Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
- For COD orders, we’ll email you for bank details after the quality check. Once received, we will initiate the refund.
